Joining is completely free. Simply create a PolycarbonateX customer account and opt into our Rewards programme. Once you've joined, you'll start earning points on eligible purchases.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
No. There is currently no minimum order value required to earn Rewards points. You can earn points on eligible purchases of any value.
How do I earn points?
You'll earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible products, excluding VAT and delivery charges. Points are calculated on the amount paid after any discounts.
Do my points expire?
Your Rewards points currently have no expiry date, so you can save them towards a future purchase.
When will my points become available?
Points are added to your account after purchasing and become available to redeem 30 days after your order is placed, provided it hasn't been cancelled or refunded.
What happens if I return an order?
If you return or cancel an order, any points earned on the refunded products will be removed or adjusted accordingly.
Can I earn points on sale items?
Yes! You'll still earn Rewards points when purchasing products in our sales or special promotions. Points are calculated on the discounted price paid.
Can I use rewards with discount codes?
You can use Rewards alongside our sale prices and eligible promotions. Combining Rewards with individual discount codes depends on the terms of the offer.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can exchange your points for money off future PolycarbonateX purchases. Available rewards and the points needed to redeem them will be displayed in your Rewards account.
How do I check my points balance?
