This Returns Policy applies to orders placed with polycarbonatex.co.uk.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items should, where possible, be returned in their original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer must ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Proof of purchase is required

All returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. 

For defective/damaged products: Polycarbonatex.co.uk covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange a collection.

For change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sales@polycarbonatex.co.uk so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order products
  • Special order items supplied to customer specifications
  • Clearance or sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different product, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days from he date of receipt at our warehouse. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
