Delivery Areas
We deliver to mainland UK addresses as standard.
Shipping to the following areas may incur a surcharge: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Wight. Please contact us for a quote
If delivery is not available to your location, we will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery Charges
Our standard flat rate delivery charge is £19.99 including VAT Delivery free for orders over £150 per order and is shown at checkout before payment is completed.
We use a combination of logistic partners including DX, V1 and our own vehicles for local orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will be contacted with tracking and delivery information via email and or text
If multiple delivery charges appear, this is usually because items are supplied from different manufacturers or warehouses. In these cases, separate delivery charges may apply.
Free delivery offers are subject to the terms stated on the relevant product or promotion pages and may apply only to specific products or order values.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are working-day estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Handling Time: 1–2 working days.
- Transit Time: 2–3 working days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 3–5 working days.
Orders placed:
- After 12:00pm
- At weekends
- On UK bank holidays
Will be processed on the next working day.

- Delivery address

Delivery Access
We use a range of third-party carriers to provide reliable UK delivery. Please note that large items are delivered via heavy goods vehicles (HGV's). Ensure there is adequate access and someone available to assist with offloading if required
If your delivery address has restricted access (such as narrow roads, height restrictions, or limited parking), please inform us directly.
Some large or heavy items may require manual offloading. If you require mechanical offloading or special delivery arrangements, please contact us before dispatch. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery Day
All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery date.
We recommend inspecting your items before signing for delivery. If items arrive damaged, please do not accept them and notify us immediately.
Damaged or Missing Items
If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@polycarbonatex.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Multiple Deliveries
Some orders may be dispatched from different locations and delivered separately. If this applies to your order, you will be notified when each item is dispatched.
While our registered office is in Banbury, our primary distribution center is located in Chesterfield, where the majority of orders are dispatched
Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.
