At polycarbonatex.co.uk , we’re committed to offering the best value on roofing and building materials. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it. To keep things fair and transparent, please review the Terms & Conditions below.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical — same brand, thickness, colour, profile, length, and specification (e.g., Corotherm multiwall, Vistalux corrugated PVC, Onduline sheets, etc.).
  
• The competitor must be a UK-based retailer, VAT-registered, and selling genuine products.
  
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch on the competitor’s website.
  
• The price must be publicly advertised and verifiable online (no quotes, trade discounts, or negotiated prices).
  
• Competitor pricing must include delivery charges, as we compare the total basket price.
  

2. Exclusions

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:

• Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon, ManoMano, OnBuy, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
  
• Wholesale/trade-only distributors or non-VAT-registered sellers
  
• Clearance items, end-of-line stock, ex-display items, or liquidation sales
  
• Pricing errors or obvious misprints
  
• Custom-cut, made-to-measure, or special-order products
  
• Promotional offers such as:
  
  
  Multi-buy deals
  
  
  Discount codes / vouchers
  
  
  Members-only discounts
  
  
  Bundled promotions
  
  
  

3. How to Request a Price Match

Simply contact us before placing your order and provide:

• A link to the competitor’s product page
  
• A screenshot or clear proof of the lower price
  
• Your contact details
  

Our team will review the information and confirm whether the price match is valid. We typically respond within one working day.

4. After a Price Match Is Approved

If approved, we will:

• Match the competitor’s total price (product + delivery), or
  
• Offer you the best possible price we can based on supplier costs and availability
  

Price matches must be confirmed before an order is placed. We cannot apply a price match retrospectively.

5. Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline a price match where:

• The competitor’s pricing appears manipulated or unusually low
  
• The product cannot be verified as genuine
  
• The competitor has extremely limited stock
  
• Supplier cost increases prevent us from matching the price sustainably
  

Our priority is to offer fair pricing while ensuring consistent product quality and reliable customer service.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify our Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page will always be the latest.
